Though do-able it's still falls to the US studios dubbing it and the network broadcasting it to give final approval.

There's also the fact that they need permission from the original band that performed it and that means paying for royalities to the music company. Hence one of the reasons they opt for a short op using bits and pieces from the show, that and time constrints.

On the upside their doing it aloi more than they used to back when I first watched the show.
