IMO Chopper gunner ownage is 25 choppa kills or more. That was a normal chopper. And btw it actually takes three stingers to take it down because it has 2 sets of flares

basiccally 2 stingers 1 4 flares 1 4 kill pavelow same for chopper gunner 3 stingers for ac130 2 4 flares 1 4 kill. helicopter and harries one stinger

I don't know if your know this but generally you can one hit kill them but only if your right below them and very close. I did it a lot to harriers and chopper gunners.
