@pricardolaw Yeah, you're right, you could definitely say that. It was my first time I saw this band, and totally blew my mind. But still, I love Annie to dead.
@vivelavidarocka Don't get me wrong, AC is totally amazing -- live concert from the 9:30 Club (available on NPR) is incredible (including her interludes with audience) and I've never seen a better guitar performance than her Austin City Limits Marrow jam. But even AC recognized that the CP performance wasn't up to snuff. She tweeted, "I owe you one NYC," blaming things on the f'ed up sound system (which, admittedly, was a problem that day and apparently made the band grumpy).

I was there to see St. Vincent; but Tune Yards brought the house down and totally stole the show.
