As for the Mexican immigration laws: Non-citizens cannot protest against the government, vote, or get government benefits. Non-citizens cannot own property. Non-citizens must show they can be a contribution to society and must invest at 40,000 times the daily minimum wage. Those without proper paperwork can be deported without hearings or appeals.

That's not true, as a non-citizen in México. you can get a birth certification, health care and free education, there's a lot of extra paperwork yes but anyone can get that. But in the US you can't even get a legally visa (even just for tourism reasons). .

Where unions have a strangle hold on business, it's the other way around. Anyone who walks into a hospital emergency room in every U.S. hospital, MUST receive treatment. When they are stable, they may be moved from private hospitals to public hospitals. Illegal immigrants get care and then can leave the hospital owing NOTHING. That's fair to me?

The statement, "We are not defined by our borders" must be completely challenged for the treachery that it is! Thanks to Congressman Tom McClintock his message is the reason why I'm proud to be an American. For now on, if ANYONE in America threatens to commit any crime against me I will do two things: (1) Brandish a gun or firearm to defend myself and (2) Call local police and one of the questions I shall ask them is, "Can you please check the immigrant status of this person?" No, its not wrong to ask those kinds of questions, enough with the political correctness I say, haha!

it is not about Mexicans only, there are thousands of people from Peru, Ecuador, Chile, Argentina, Venezuela, Colombia and Salvador, that they look alike, and some of 'em are learning to act as mexicans, to get close to the border in case they are deported. We Americans uphold equality and the civil rights of individuals. This is what makes our Constution stand out and is why it has been copied the world over. We don't need personal anecdotes in order to "excuse" our enforcement of our own laws, and I will never apologize for our doing so.
