I first fired the M16A1 back in the army thirty odd years ago, wasn't impressed if I remember correctly, then twenty five years later, working for the police, I fired the M16A2 and yeah, impressed, great rifle. My bolt is really tight in my colt yours looked like it came out no problem.

@sgonz1981 There shouldn't be any concern. It's just a tight fit. As long as everything functions on the rifle, you're good to go!

Nice video BUT, on the final assembly you should be sure to stress that the hammer MUST be cocked when you close it up. (Yes, I did see you cock it.) I mention this because when I got my AR I didn't know this and while the rifle will close with the hammer uncocked it will NOT function (hence, a wasted trip to the range).
