Hmmm... First, find out if anything 'unusual' ever happened in the hotel. Second, it may have been your deceased friend trying to say a final goodbye. Third, you said your friend was in the room with you (then he was in the video later on). Where was he when you filmed the clip with the head? One last thing, try videotaping other clips from the show with the same video camera. If the head keeps reoccuring, then it's a glitch with the camera.

he was actually pretty old but he died because of a rock called aspestis (probaly not spelled right)and he grew up around it and one day it became so big and it caused heart problems so he died of heart failure. but this was in his home city of Victoria and the hotel was not far from his house or the funeral home.

Its his buddies reflection on the tv screen, remember there is another guy in there. but it was all dark either because of the camers or the angle.

No thats not a ghost its probably just ur camara recording the tv because cameras arent ment for stuff like that.
