man this guy is great he just looks like hes soo happy to be there in all his videos his face is just filled with excitement and joy...man i wish i could be like that
I've been on a hunt for the perfect umpc and have been evaluating the OQO, ASUS EEE, and the Panasonic R7. The Panasonic R7 won hands down for the following reasons:
1) Processor - the R& comes with a 1.3 core 2 duo.
2) Ability to type: OQO really sucks when it comes to typing. The keyboard is horrible. The R7 has a great layout with a 10 in screen.
3) Size the OQO wins here and is a lot more portable. If you're using primarily to read stuff with short replies to emails then its better... but then why not just by a pda phone for 25% of the cost.
4)The R7 has a lot more slots including a PCMCIA slot for your choice of 3G technology.
love what you said about the R400 battery option...Ive been using an R200 (worlds thinnest) and i agree about the extended battery...what is with that big extra "oh well ive run out of space to put things so let just whack it on the bottom" thing...still loving my R2H...
I miss this guys videos, please come back to youtube

Panasonic's R7/T7 series are indeed far superior than the rest. No question.

I agree with you the Fujitsu is one of the best lappies I have ever owned, but not great for carrying around watching your blog as I am right now.
When are you going to get your hands on the Q1Ultra? may be this one will sway you away from the OQO 02?
