I am also concerned that a 40 foot limit would result in more blocky buildings with no set back - 40 foot high buildings from lot line to lot line. There are many much better alternatives to Measure B: an average height of 40 ft over a parcel, form based codes for building heights and setbacks, a limit on the amount of a building on a site that can be over 40 ft, and so on . . . We need creative solutions . . . not Measure B.

Actually, the video cost nothing. It was put together by a young, native Santa Barbaran who doesn't want the city to foreclose on his future.
