How are you ?

I am from Bangalore, India. My name is Nelson and I am 32. Did you happen learn Yoga in India? Is there a good place you can recommend to learn Meditation and Yoga? I am learning a new language Spanish but I am unable to remember what I've learnt and I am not able to concentrate for more than 20 minutes. I get angry very quickly and lose hope.
