my friend was with me and he said look it is a UFO , But i think it was an expermental toys for some instetution, because the way that ware flying was un usual ,fast like light , However who knowes.
This looked incredibly familiar until I read the comments then realized I had visited that mall in vegas where the guy added in sounds. They have stationary lights in the sky, to look somewhat like stars which light the indoors, but they aren't stars. Fake video is epic fake.
This is a Fake; its a mall in vegas for sure that has a thunder, rain, and river waterfall show , most of the vegas malls and casinos have this kind of enviroments to keep the ligth out and make the people to spend money without worry about the day and night.

dude u guys are idiots. this is conducted by the weather department man. they do this all over the world. they put up all these high altitude balloons with a bunch of measurement gadgets to collect data in the atmosphere.

I went to his facebook pages that are recommened at the end of the video. He is a comedian. It say that there will be an explanation on ther sites but there's none I can see. I think maybe the exlanation is that the video is a joke and that it amounts to advertising for his show.

As for the previous muppet's comments it DOES rain in Dubai in November and 1997 was an exceptional year with twelve rain days including four thunderstorm days producing 31 mm of rain at Dubai International Airport.
Also, in November 2004,severe thunderstorm brought heavy rain (24 mm) and a hail storm that produced stones of up to 1.5 cm in diameter !
i'm more than 11 years stationed in dubai and to tell u this...it never rains in november in this part of middle east. so what the fuck is that rainin sound doin in your video....???? nice try anyway, and nice editing too...but its all fake.
It's a pity we couldn't pan to view ground level and see how many people had actually seen these lights. There's a lot of background noise but is it due to this sighting or just a typical busy night in Dubai.

These are lights on the ceiling of some shopping centre in Dubai. Ceiling is painted like the sky. Sound effects ie traffic and thunder are added.
