^-^ Always believed that cats & dogs understand they are dealing with a small (potentially dangerous) but essentially clueless hooman. So they put up with a lot more from them than from adults.

Somewhere else someone said her/his cat tolerated a lot from them when they were young. Then at a certain age the cat decide that they were old enough to know better, at that point did not hesitate to "lay a smackdown" in exact words.

@coffeenciggy yeah i think so. It is said 'baby features' (i.e large eyes, compact facial features etc.) is universally attractive in the animal kingdom. The same reason we find baby animals cute, and animals finding our young cute.

@jerz211 Hey you're right! I also left a comment asking how old was person when the cat decide that enough is enough. Curious to know the human age the cat perceived to be the "age-limit" ^-^ Perhaps as you said, when the "baby features" have receded?

I read some female owners said their dogs/cats knew they were pregnant before they knew! Awesome:) I wonder if its the change in hormonal smell, the extra (tiny) heartbeat or the higher body heat... Wish someone would research this...

@coffeenciggy You do make an interesting point. We have no way of finding out the exact moment a cat decides 'we're no longer cute'. Since even the recession of 'baby features' is a gradual process (or else it'll be scary for parents :P).

I hear of the pregnancy story too. I know dogs can definitely detect feotuses, since they can even smell out tumors and low blood insulin in their owners. For cats, not so sure. lol is it strange us talking to each other on this video's comment section? =\
