8/10 this is crap, i bought it and it freezes so easily, it can break easily and if u go to fast in moving picking the songs it will freeze, BULL CRAP

Freezing is usually the fault of the owner, not the player. I got a couple mp3's that ended up expiring. They would cause the player to freeze when I tried to play them. All fixed when I removed the songs in question. Otherwise I've had the player problem-free for years.

If it does freeze, the reset button is easily accessible and fixes it right up anyway.

Well, at least Apple has a good rep for honoring their warranty. In this regard Creative has an abysmal track record. The internet is full of complaints--my Zen V died after 2 months. Thwy would not issue an RMA# unless I first paid them $25., which I redused to do. They also wanted $12.99 just to e-mail me a link for a Vista soundcard driver--I will never buy from this CHEAP company again.

My zen never gives up on me... I use it at work there's a lot of dust and stuff there but still no dust inside my ZEN that's good already. The sound quality is superb when you use good plugs. The interface is easy and fast. No crappy itunes needed. Best mp3 I had!!! better than my previous nano and mini. And a lot cheaper ;)

Well, iPods have unique features and much more than a normal mp3 would provide.

This particular mp3 is rather a match, considering it has video playback and provide photos. I would give this one a 9/10 however. Nice try!

I have the 4GB Zen V Plus and i must say that i have been very satisfied with it so far. It has excellent build quality, exceedig what i had expected. It has performed woderfully and i have not had any of the problems reported by others. It really is a tough little cookie. Doesn't even stop playing when dropped!
