Problem is crystalis was a great game. There are tons of other RPG's that you HAD to grind a lot more then this one. Personally I only had to once in Crystalis. This game is also a lot better then Zelda, I know it was first and all, but really, Zelda was shit terrible.

Maybe it is really more about sentimental reasons, like it was your first game, you played it with your best friend as a kid, who knows. I am not sure what you meant about, "and that statement". Now lets talk turkey. Zelda had terribad level design, grafix, sound, control and a lot of other problems. I am willing to give evidence of all of this if you really want to hear it. @XjyujX BUT! I would not be being fair if I did not praise Zelda for being the first and inventing a lot of things which would become standard in these types of games. It did have great opening music, among other things. As a side note I think OoT is the best game ever made.

Now yes, this was pretty much like Crystalis, but was it made before or after? That is the key... Crystalis was made in 1990 and this one in 1993. I personally think Crystalis was better than the original Zelda.

Alkahest is something that alchemists were trying to archieve. It's a substance that dissolves anything. The problem with this is that it logically can't be contained within anything, because the container would dissolve instantly.

It's a _fluid_ in which anything can be dissolved, though if you could have a frozen Alkahest box without freezing what's inside or having the box thaw, that's not a bad idea.

It's all theoretical. Alchemists wanted to create it, and then work on containing it. If it doesn't exist yet, it's all speculation how you can contain it.
