actually this is useful because 2 out of 10 times when i make sunnyside up eggs ill crack the egg wrong and the yolk will scratch and ruin it. Its actually not as easy as people think to crack an egg perfectly. If im making scrambled then i can careless if i scratch the yolk cuz its getting mixed anyway.

If you do get some small bits of shell in your egg, use the egg shell to scoop it out, Im not sure why, but the bits of shell almost seem to attract to each other, if you use a spoon they kind of slip and slide around.

It's helpful for people who may not have had the training from their parents, or for people who are visual learners, or for people who keep getting bits of shell in their food. I went here to find additional ways to crack an egg for all of those reasons.
