Actually, ABC does own the rights of (Who Wants To Be a Millionaire.) They have since 1996, How I found this out is, I did some research and The results were that ABC as full rights to ( The Who Wants To Be a Millionaire.)

NBC also Owns the Rights as well, as of 2007 I belive was the year that the contract for ownership was jointed together just for this show. So in my status they have shared equel rights to the Contract, plus I study a little contract law.

Wow this is so amazing I love it so much. They should use this to open Who Wants To Be A Millionaire. I love the show it's a fab gameshow I have the playstation game, the book , the video, the boardgames, and 2 dvd games and the electronic game of Who Wants To Be A Millionaire. The highest I've won on it is 32 thousand pounds. Does anyone know where I can get this to put on my I pod and my phone? I love Who Wants To Be A Millionaire forever and I always will. In the app store just search "millionaire". Note the app repeats the questions after about 3 hours of gameplay. You need an iphone or ipod touch for the app.
