I really wouldn't say shocking decision. Not sure what the commentators are talking about because his foot wasn't always on the ground. You can clearly see from the stump camera that his foot was in the air when he was trying to place it back in the crease. When the keeper stumped him even then it was really too close to say whether he managed to ground his foot. Wouldn't say shocking decision - but I would say too close to call and maybe should have given the batsman the benefit.
