  • kens campaign is partly funded by muslim community groups as labour are bankrupt so expect more mosques propping up in london if he get in again

  • Poverty can bring out the best & the worst in us. Greed is in all of us. The knee-jerk sentencing of many of the youths may result in an unemployable generation dependant on the dole & or crime, & a further burden on the tax payer. Prison for many was Camerons elastoplast over a sore that could have been remedied with tough sanctions & community service for as long as the months/years these kids are now serving with dealers, murderers etc. These youths may be Camerons achilles heel next election

  • ken Livingstone is a total arse!!!!!!

  • LOL Red Ken was always a cunt who made excuses for violence.

  • Shaun Bailey is a fucking unce tom.

  • shaun bailey is absolutely right.

  • if there is a open door to a whole shop of goods and you feel that you can get away with it, a great number of people will loot. It's natural instinct.

  • @2608513

im 19, i live in brixton, i can tell you for certain, that your use of the word revolt is wrong, this isnt a revolt, the people who are riotig are just doing it for the purpose of destroying and looting the community, it has nothing to do with enemployment or poverty, because a lot of people who were rioting have jobs, its PURE criminality and also a lot of people who were rioting were very young kids, who should be in school not employment

  • @2608513 You're clearly a jealous twat.

  • @2608513

There are elements of society who what all the rights, but have no want to shoulder the responsibility that goes with that.

They feel they can do anything they like, and some how the magical money fairy will just sh*t out more money each month to cover their growing expenses, like multiple illegitimate children, i know people who have had children simply to get a bigger house and more money from the state.

Collecting Welfare is now a "Career option".

  • @2608513 As for the Celebs the only reason the media on them is that there is a public hunger for that information, the media are simply giving those elements of the society what they want

secondly the very same media will rip those so called Demi-gods to shreds the second they make a mistake, famous today can be in-famous tomorrow

The problem with some elements of society is they dont want to work hard or save, they just want the wealth without putting in the effort.

  • @2608513 and when you have newspapers, senior police, politicians who (very recently) have acted amorally, the message in our society that greed is good, selfishness is a virtue, kindness, community is a weakness etc.

  • I'm no particular fan of Bailey - never voted Tory - but Livingstone is about as far out of touch as you can get. He blames the cuts in part for the riots yet we have seen teachers and bank workers charged for thefts and robberies. The riots are down to sheer opportunism and copy cat behaviour. What seemed like a free for all has now died down since the rioters are now being put before the courts. Keep up this stance, Ken and you are assured of a very long career as an LBC radio presenter.

  • @taurustime its down to greed and materialism/consumerism, and we live in a society where all are encoraged everywhere

  • Police doing nothing the first 3 days.

This is surely the police’s response to Cameron’s 20% cut in police funding.

340 people were killed over the last 12 years, mostly ethnic minorities while being arrested or in police custody. Not one cop was convicted.

  • Ken comes across as a bit of a moron.

  • @2608513 people skrew up their own lives and blame others for it.!!!

  • Ken Liviingstone has blamed the trouble on the cuts. I hear this has since been attacked as immoral and cynical. What has happened on the streets is unacceptable but no more unacceptable than tthe cuts which have particularly hit those who caused the violence. The cuts ARE immoral and cynical. And the destruction on the streets is as destructive as that wrought by the cuts.

  • @MrBabies123

What a load of bollox you spout! Exactly how have any alleged cuts impacted on these feral youths? Their mindset was always thus. I'll bet most of them wouldn't even know what the hell is actually going on in the wider world. All they can think of is eat, shag, check FB, hang out, sleep. And so it goes around. The only things they know about cuts is the one they'd happily place in you if you tried to stop them doing as they want because it's their " 'uman right, innit".

  • @rchizzle1 This is an ignorant comment. I was homeless and constantly Kicked down by the rich. You implied poor people lack intellect. I have a Masters going onto a phd in physics degree from Cambridge. I was lucky I got ther, through winning the lottery to be able to fund to my education. But lots of my friends who still live in council estates with no money and homeless have being forced into that situation from the governments management and are all cleverer than me.

  • @SabrinaKQ

I implied nothing of the sort.

Did you riot? If you did my comments apply to you, but I'll bet you didn't so they don't. Don't get so defensive, but good on you for doing something useful with your life. Where your friends are have nothing to do with any cuts. They were there before weren't they?

I'm from a working class Brummie, left school with very few qualifications (lazy), but made up for it later and now run my own small business. Not rich, but I'm my own boss!

  • @SabrinaKQ if you got any of your lottery winning left, pop to oxford and get an english lesson or two dude.....

  • Respond to this video... yes yes yes well said...

  • @2608513

This is not good excuse. Are you gonna say people who are rewarded with their abilities, skills, education, etc have to distribute wealth. I am poor. I go to college every five years to update my skills. What the hell they do? They are thives. This problem is everywhere. They do not know how to live. Check out last week incident in America.
