I backed Night Nurse every time he ran and he landed in stride and was quick away from the hurdles - best of all he was a front runner. Tree Tangle won the big sandown chase the following year.
Great to see one of the all time greats at his very best. And what a powerful field in this race - Lanzarote, Comedy of Errors, Tree Tangle and my old favourite, the crazy Bird's Nest.
