I notice these hologram vids always seem to put the hologram on a stage too. Why not put the hologram emitter in the middle of the crowd, or can't they quite do a 360 view yet? Seems like they're limited to 2d for now.

I think that's a Japanese thing, they're very respectful and act in unison at live events. Like a the end baseball games they all exit row by row in an orderly fashion.

Lumi is a fictional character, there isn't a single person voicing her.

lumi's voice consists of several samples of several different vocalists. the only notables are ricky rhodes (also the model for lumi), and nami miyahara.

the musicians behind the band are unknown.

im not sure wether the several samples are used in a vocoder and someone sings. or wether its a live performance by the actual vocalists, or just a vocal playback all together =|...

Really good song, and the hologram is neat. The only thing I noticed was that she didn't really do much of 'dancing' except for the same waving her arms slow and rocking from foot to foot... What would have been cool was if they could have found a way to program the hologram to spin or do something a bit more interesting.
