@koolmaaan The choice is yours if you do or not. But Might I suggest a local park or garden. or go for a hike on a nature trail. These places can restore lost energy better then coffee and help you relax more then cigarettes. Not saying you do but believe me an hours walk is worth every step. Enjoy the peace and tranquility by just standing still and listening.
