Meryl's not afraid to accept roles that would require her to look ugly, dirty and disgusting. And for that, i take my hats off to La Streep for agreeing to do this particular scene. Way to go, Meryl ! :-D

And the look at the beginning... I could write so mayn sad thing about every single second in that clip.... It is just sooo touching in a way because she has this sad and disgusted look... and the part where she washes her hand.... and when she coughs right after the car scene... well it's soo sad! (guess i've said that before) I think she knows that she is going to die... because of her pain in the whole movie! anyway love this movie... Jack and Meryl are great in it and a great homeless couple

This is sooooo sad... I Nearly cried.. saw the movie in German and it isn't that good in german language... Poor Meryl but we can see what a great actress she is... i love her voice it husky and she lisps so great in it... Anyway think when she says: don't touch me here... It is just soooooo sad... I mean like a little girl who isn't strong enough to escape... She seems so weak... I don't know if that makes scense hard to explain -.- But really really disgusting :( Meryl 4 ever :)

it's not LOL. it's sad and disgusting. She and Jack N. have wandered all night in the cold, and Jack gets her a place in Vinnie's car to be out of the cold, sort of, but he makes her jerk him off in return. She doesn't want him to touch her because, it later transpires, she's dying of some sort of female cancer. She dies the next night.
