They scare the hell out of me. With the new armor kits on the HMMWVs, I didn't worry too much about conventional IEDs. These are a different story though. I've seen these way too up close. War protesting hippy sacks of shit don't know anything about an EFP.

those copper cones are used in shaped charges you would put explosive on the convex side of the cone and then when the charge goes of the copper forms a jet of molten copper cutting through the armor
