  • SISSYISM IS NOT GOOD FOR THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. THE NEXT GENERATION IS ALREADY ON TRACK TO INHERIT TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS WORTH OF DEBT , AND YOU WANNA INCLUDE GAYISM TOO? CHINA, GAYS, AND RADICAL MUSLIMS ARE BATTLING FOR CONTROL OF THE UNITED STATES. WHOEVER WINS, WE'RE DOOMED. THE FUTURE.

  • I hate when people try to tie the GAY movement to the Black Liberation struggle. I don't know if this guy supports NAMBLA directly. I see his name on the Book Queering Elementary education. With an agenda like that Obama better fire him quick.

  • you can only begin to imagine what gays feel by picturing yourseldf as the only straight in a gay high school and being laughed at for being different. i like taylor launter coz he,s has the best torso going, bonered every time

  • you can only begin to imagine what gays feel by picturing yourseldf as the only straight in a gay high school and being laughed at for being different. i like taylor launter coz he,s has the best torso going, bonered every time

  • They segregated themselves. No one made them go there!

  • The United States of America was founded on RELIGIOUS beliefs. The pilgrims came here to be able to worship freely. TO be a faggot is against ALL christian beliefs. If these faggots want all these rights and they want to be different than others in society through segregation. Then they should go to another country, Where they fit in. BECAUSE THEY DO NOT BELONG IN THE US!

  • No it wasn't. You're simply wrong, and you're an idiot. The US was founded on religious FREEDOM and the FREEDOM to do what you want, which INCLUDES faggotry, which I am about to engage in right now while you WATCH!

That's RIGHT, you will sit and watch me butt-fuck another man.

So sit tight and enjoy the show!

OH -- and in case you didn't already know:

I'm IN the USA and I'm GAY and if you don't like it, go move to Iraq where you belong, and take your religion with you, go convert the MUSLIMS!

  • ...Segregated school... for homosexuals?

I'm for gay rights and all, but this is insane. Why do gays need their own school? They cant bother to associate themselves with straight people for fear for catching their 'straight-genes'?

If anybody feels this discriminated that they need more special treatment to wipe their crocodile tears, then I dare you to move to one of the Islamic countries. At least HERE you get a voice. Over there, you dont... cuz dead people dont talk.

  • Don't worry Normal people we will overturn this just like we did prop 8......sincerely, Prop 8 crew

  • the healing for your same is INSIDE yourself. deal with it.

Stop trying to take over cities and pushing your agenda onto others. BEFORE the tipping point

  • SHAME

  • ummmmmmmmmmmm what????

  • You LOSE. The school already exists and is already an accredited State School, and YOUR tax dollars pay for it!

AND, your tax dollars will pay for many more of these schools, so GET BACK TO WORK!

Maybe if bullies didn't beat up on the sissy's & dykes, you could spend your money on some porn instead.

(Isn't that what you straights do to figure out how to have sex?)

  • Van Jones, Cas Sunstein and now this piece of shit Kevin Jennings....Is this the change you were telling us about Obama? Is this the "yes was can" you were telling us about, you just forgot to finish the sentence with "fuck up America".

The entirety of New Orleans was turned into a ghetto in less than a month after hurricane Katrina. How much longer will it take Obama to do the same thing to America before he's finished..

God Bless America, not God damn America Obama...

  • "It's unconstitutional to have one set of laws for gays and another set of laws for straights."

ReliableInsider, the only problem with this argument is that it's not true. The law in most states currently says that anyone can marry someone of the opposite sex. And under domestic partnership laws, the law also applies equally to everyone - i.e. anyone can form a domestic partnership with a member of the same sex (for whatever reason).

Gay marriage is not an equal protection issue...

  • Does the 14th Amendment protect the due process of the unborn?

    It does.

  • The law does NOT say someone of the 'opposite sex' -- the founding fathers left it purposefully ambiguous. A marriage is a union between 2 people, so it IS unconstitutional to ban gay marriage. Which is PRECISELY why gay marriage WILL be legal in all US states in time.

Whether you like it or not.

So you may as well GET USED TO IT.

And if you don't like gay marriage:

    DON'T HAVE ONE!

  • @ColonPal You are an idiot.

The Founding fathers didn't include marriage in the Constitution at ALL

The government didn't start handing out marriage certificates until much later.

If ultra liberal California and Maine residents will vote down gay marriage than their is no hope for the silly idea of having one

  • @lees20022: instead of being 'Born Again', why don't you just GROW THE FUCK UP?

Gay marriage WILL be legal in all 50 states, it's only a matter of time. It's something that us rational folks call PROGRESS. If you don't like it or have a problem with gay marriage, I suggest you go join the Taliban and move to another country.

We've already won in 4 states, we don't have much further to go, and we're VERY patient.

  • Obama now plans to nominate an openly gay lawyer as the United States' ambassador to New Zealand and Samoa. Obama is showing the American people and the world just how Godless and immoral he is and his determination to reinvent America into the same.

  • What's "godless" or "immoral" about appointing a gay ambassador to New Zealand?

I'm sure American Presidents have been appointing gay ambassadors since George Washington.

    They just weren't openly gay.

What is the homophobic obsession with trying to force gays and lesbians to lie about their orientation? What problem does that solve?

Maybe all homophobes ARE actually gay.

  • Protecting Americans based on "race" or color means that anyone of any "race" or any color is protected.

All 300 million of us, in other words, are equally protected.

    It's a good law.

  • You have to use the subjunctive mood.

If everyone WERE included in a special class except straight white makes, then it WOULD BE defacto discrimination and illegal under the equal protection clause of the US Constitution . . .

    but they aren't . . .

    so it's not.

  • Sick fuckin' America.

  • "They just don't like the idea of a lot of black boys being together" ??? This guy is off his rocker. I must say in all the silly charges of "racism" that have been flying around in the last year that has to be the most ridiculous. These crazy liberals think they can avoid ANY issue buy simply crying "racist."

  • Didn't Obama say that we should judge him by whom he chooses to surround himself with?

  • Once again the Obama administration reveals it's true intentions: to turn this country into a bastion of liberalism...not morals, no values, no right or wrongs. They have no fear and will attack everything that is sacred to God fearing Americans. This guy needs to go. Obama needs to go. Vote conservative in 2010. These people have too much power. Let's fight run away liberalism...VOTE THE LIBERALS OUT IN 2010!!!!!

  • How about we all just agree that bigotry and discrimination and violent crimes are wrong?

And that tolerance for diversity and pluralism are right.

  • except tolerance for people who happen to disagree with you?

  • I would never in a million years say that people who disagree with me should not be allowed to get married.

Or should be beaten with baseball bats as they walk home from school or work in dark winter months.

Or should be called "an abomination".

    I'm entirely tolerant of bigots.

Is there such thing as right and wrong? Yes. Hate is wrong. Love is right.

  • Yet you defend a person who endorses teaching gay to kids and gay relationships between older men and boys.

Fabulous moral compass you have there.

  • No.

    Who does that?

I don't understand why homophobic people have so much trouble getting their facts straight.

I think the issue here is gay-straight alliances. Clubs set up by kids in high school to talk about heterosexual violence and related issues.

Are you for gay-straight alliance clubs set up by students or against them?

I guess a related issue is: Are you against bullying in high schools or for it?

  • I think bullying can be addressed without inserting sexual politics. But maybe that's just me.

  • But you know there is something qualitatively different about bullying when the victim is a gay teenager.

Because we (Americans) teach our children to hate, there is no limit (Matthew Shepard) to how vicious anti-gay bullying can become.

And what's especially cruel is that, in some areas of the country, there are no students in the entire school strong enough to overcome their cowardice and defend a fellow student who's gay.

I don't understand people who can't see it. Homophobia is sick.

  • As opposed to gang of black kids beating up a white kid? Perhaps different than mexican kids beating up a black kid? Different than white kids beating up a mexican kid? Tall kids beating up a short kid? Deaf kids beating up a blind kid?

Why is it worse if you're gay? It's not.

Why do you insist on special status? Isn't all bullying wrong whatever the reason?

  • In addition. Do you find equally appalling the gay left's attacks on religion? Or do you only endorse a particular brand of hate that a suits your politics?

No special status, universal protection or it's wrong. Why can't you see that?

  • The people who fight about religion on YouTube are the atheists, not gay Christians.

I do urge people not to hate people because they are a member of a particular religion. I think what your noticing is gay Christians who are fed up with members of their own church misreading the Bible and thinking that God is Hate.

In other words, some homophobes run around saying 'Christianity is hate' and that's just slandering Christianity.

  • It's the other way around, actually.

Gays and lesbians aren't interested in special status. They just want to be treated like everybody else.

Everyone has the right to get married.

  • sure, to the opposite sex

  • A woman who is completely in love with another woman and who is ready to make a lifelong commitment to her . . .

has no interest in getting married to some random person of the opposite sex.

People should marry the man or woman they're in love with. That's just common sense. I can't comprehend how anyone could disagree.

  • we have that, it's called domestic partnership

  • Why not domestic partnerships?

It's unconstitutional to have one set of laws for gays and another set of laws for straights.

It's a violation of the 14th Amendment - Equal Protection of law.

We're talking about a marriage license, a piece of paper. Not the end of the world.

  • And nobody should be beaten up or killed -because- they're white or because their Christian or because their gay or because they're disabled. I'm sure you agree.

  • Then why doesn't the hate crimes bill state that?

  • The hate crimes bill states that no one can be beaten up for being white.

    Or for being Christian.

Or for being disabled. Or gay. Or for their national origin (any nation). Or their gender.

It's a finite list. And it should be.

If you want to beat the crap out of someone who is too poor or too rich or too left-handed or too liberal or too conservative, there is nothing stopping you, except ordinary criminal law and basic decency and morality.

  • If my son goes and beats up a classmate, that's awful. If he beats him up and puts him in a hospital -because- he's the only white kid or -because- he's the only Christian, in order to send a message to his parents that whatever group they're a member of isn't welcome in that part of the state . . .

then that's worse, and it's a very serious crime. A threat to civil order.

  • Unfortunately, the bill created a special class. When everyone is a special class except straight white makes, this is defacto discrimination and illegal under the equal protection clause of the US Constitution.

  • But what I said earlier is that white people are INCLUDED in the special class and straight people are INCLUDED in the special class.

No discrimination on the basis of "race" or orientation means you can't commit a violent crime against anyone who is white or black or straight or gay.

    Get it?

"on the basis of" race, or religion, or national origin, or orientation regardless of what your race or religion or national origin or orientation are.

  • You are a liar. The House refused to include religious persecution as a hatecrime. If passed by the Senate offense to gays will bring greater penaltys to offenders. Ministers in countrys with this law, (Canada) were arrested for publically reading verses from the bible that condemn homosexuality. The laws we have now protect everyone equally. If this bill passes and I shoot your mother and a gay, I will receive a much greater sentence for shooting the gay. That is fact. Easy to look up.

  • iprazhm,

Stop hyperventilating and calm down. You are not correct.

The existing Hate Crimes law already on the books already targets people who commit violent crime against someone because of their "race, color, RELIGION, or national origin".

This amendment merely adds sexual orientation to the list.

Why do people have so little faith? Prosecuting violent crime is not a complicated process. Even government knows how to do it.

  • No one--no matter how homophobic they are--should be fighting for a special right to commit violent crime. You don't have that right. You don't need that right . . .

    I'm assuming.

  • So everybody in America is included in the special class--which is why they don't call it a special class.

    So, no.

The bill does not create a special class.

  • Complete nutjob. You can't even compare race and homosexuality. People can't choose what race they are, but they can choose to be gay. And for those that say it's not a choice, show me one study where they have found a gay gene or any proof otherwise. The fact Obama would appoint such a nut shows his true radical left wing side, the side he has been hiding for the past 9 months with speeches and photo-ops. They both sicken me.

  • cons4liberty,

You don't have to do a study. How old were you when you chose to be heterosexual?

It's not some kind of choice people make between two options. Our brains impose our orientation on us when we're twelve or thirteen.

  • Here's a radical idea: schools should concentrate on EDUCATING rather than on social engineering, and indoctrination! This asshole advocates teaching homosexuality to KINDERGARTNERS! He is the WORST choice Obama could have made for school safety czar and should be fired IMMEDIATELY! Public schools are NOT the place to encourage CHILDREN to explore their sexuality. These issues should be dealt with by PARENTS, and not influenced by a teacher's personal beliefs.

  • I've got a solution.........Why don't you crawl back under that rock you came from? Another stellar choice Obama.

  • Why is he changing the subject? Who said anything about race?

  • This so called Czar Of Safe Schools is such a loser, and like all other Obama appointees, he was hired without proper vetting. It has become crystal clear that Obama will do his best to destroy our great country.

  • Opponents of desegregated schools are elitists.

  • what a jackass

  • totally unacceptable for this man to be the safe schools czar

  • Why's that?
