I, bella, got to meet wintleys brother in grade five. if you dont belive me that's fine but i did. Mrs.kolybaba told him that we were going to meet him and i thought she was kidding but when he walked in that room....i couln't belive it. I have watched this vidieo before his brother came in and i was pround that i was one of the first lucky people to meet Wintley Phips's brother in real life and when i did i thought i was dreaming. I am thankful that i was not sick that day. I was happy!!!!!!!!!

Their positive concern for human frailty and the need to help one another as human persons, have always been challenges for me. Atheists love our Christ, this teachings and all that he did, but are not down with us Christians. Actually, the story behind the hymn is very beautiful and shows God's amazing grace. "Amazing Grace" is a Christian hymn by Englishman John Newton and first appeared in print in Newton's Olney Hymns (1779).
Newton was involved in the slave trade but God revealed the evil of it to him, and he was converted aboard the ship. He was later ordained, and wrote this hymn and several others. He went blind during this time, but through grace he truly saw God's amazing love and forgiveness.
This song has made me understand that without the Grace of God, I wouldn't be where i am today. it is the Grace of God that has redeemed a sinner like me.

Thank you very much for this. I watched TBN last night and they played their greatest moments from 2008. Mr. Phipps was shown and they showed him in a church talking about the black notes on the piano and the white notes and how amazing grace was written. Then he sang amazing grace and I cried so hard. His simle and peace in the lord is infectious. MR. Phipps makes my heart smile and what peace we find in the Lord just by watching him sing this song. Stunning, magnificant and beautiful.

Actually, the story behind the hymn is very beautiful and shows God's amazing grace. "Amazing Grace" is a Christian hymn by Englishman John Newton and first appeared in print in Newton's Olney Hymns (1779).
Newton was involved in the slave trade but God revealed the evil of it to him, and he was converted aboard the ship. He was later ordained, and wrote this hymn and several others. He went blind during this time, but through grace he truly saw God's amazing love and forgiveness.

Thank you very much for this. I watched TBN last night and they played their greatest moments from 2008. Mr. Phipps was shown and they showed him in a church talking about the black notes on the piano and the white notes and how amazing grace was written. Then he sang amazing grace and I cried so hard. His simle and peace in the lord is infectious. MR. Phipps makes my heart smile and what peace we find in the Lord just by watching him sing this song. Stunning, magnificant and beautiful.

u might not feel sorry for us, still u say that our choices will have consequences later in life. who r u to say that? how do u know that!? no one can say what happens when we die. or what the meaning of life is. its just too hard for the human mind to comprehend. therefor we have religion, to ease peoples minds, keep them on a straight path in life, to give life some sense... nothing wrong with that.

i just dont believe in any religion. there's no greater meaning of life other than to enjoy it as much as u can.
i believe when the body dies, everything dies. no afterlife. and no need to worry about big black empty nothingness, cause ur mind is dead, its gone! theres nothing to experience anything.

but to me it makes perfect sense.
