The existence of God can't be dis-proven scientifically. Therefor, any belief we hold pertaining to the existence of God must stem from either faith or doubt. Your choice to doubt the existence of God is just as illogical as my choice to put faith in God because there is little to know proof (scientifically speaking) that he is or is not real.

not sure what tuning this is in but the secret is DAD-FAY (E-A-F#-D-A-D). Works well for D major and A major equally well.

Whatever you believe in this life is what counts for eternity. By not having faith in anything right now and believing that there is no God, you risk spending eternity in Hell. I'm not wasting my life by believing in a God and serving Him. We all have a choice to believe in what we want to believe and do what we want to do. Personally, I believe that there is a God and I choose to serve Him with my life. You may not believe that and that's okay.

Like you say, humans aren't capable of an absolute proof for the beginning of the universe (either theistically or atheistically). By choosing to deny the existence of a creator you risk wasting your life on materialism. Good science recognizes the difference between theory and faith and neither you or I were here when the world began. What happens if you're wrong?

The scientific community prematurely opposes faith because of scientific method and its fallibility. For example: I will never be able to prove (using scientific method) that I love my girlfriend. However, I know that I do and we can feel that emotion and know it is true. There are things we cannot comprehend (eternity, infinity, time, etc.). Who's to say that theism isn't like that?

@CautionHWM When I saw them last month, Brian opened their set with this song by himself. It's not so much a Weatherbox song as it is one of Brian's songs... I don't think he intends it to be a full band song.

I have a full video of it, but was holding out on posting it due to the fact that brian hadn't yet. but now that it's out, I wonder if I should post mine?
