I guarantee you those insurgents were lit up. It seems the creators of this 2 part video were either pilots or crew chiefs. Publicizing deaths in a video like this would be highly illegal. So there it is. Also, sometimes Rules of Engagement and/or Escalation of Force disallows you from killing a guy just because he's carrying weapons. But that shit changes every week.
