A great idea. The kind of thing you might see in Maxim Maqazine as a toy for rich people but no more than a toy. Too much of a compromise. I doubt it's neither a good quad or jet ski. Needs 140hp go 50mph. $16000 and weight of 765 pounds doesn't help matters.

power can always make up for the extra weight, to be honest id be more worried about the base of the jet ski rubbing and smacking along the ground, especially if it can damage it to the extent where it no longer floats.
