ummm...how did you get those ? are they in a video file and then you put it in as image as a texture ?...cause im trying to put in a video file but i dont know if i have to do it as a image texture type or soemthin else ?
ahh i got it... compilation of videos made in some software(made with blender btw) and then texturized the thing wit a video (it looks like a avi) and that's (i think) how it was done...
PLEASE, tell me how you did that. I know nothing apart from actual modeling. I don't even know how to texture let alone add footage to an animation within Blender. Also, where did you get that video?
If I had to guess, the texture is an .avi movie or something just applied as image texture to that mesh. The movie looks to be made with particle effects.

Looks like windows media player to me. Now you should have something bump it (like susette)then put a growing crack texture on it!
