@hppyemogrl101 I think the difference is that with a spike you try to hit the ball down, but on a jump serve you hit it forward and the top spin will carry the ball down.

Well you don't wanna hit it directly on top just enoufh to keep the ball in bounds
The top spin should mostly come from snapping ur wrist when you make contact with the ball
