Rob Halford is one of my favorite singers and he did a lot of screaming on those early Priest albums. Tom Araya from Slayer pulls off one of the all time greatest screams at the beginning of Angel of Death. But the the music in this video is not metal, it's just some guy screaming like a mindless freak over top of simple breakdown riffs.
