  • I have tiny hands...

  • lol so fun last part :)))))))

  • jen i want to lick spicy dressing off your nipples.

  • I was just wondering if this salad would be considered healthy? I'm trying to find some salads and meals that are healthy

  • i have like, the sister to this recipe.

intead of romaine lettuce, you use baby spinach.

instead of pears, you use strawberries.

instead of sunflower seeds and the mix, you use almonds.

    i use another dressing though.

  • haha

    Soggy. Very Soggy.

  • i love the bloopers at the end. The salad looks amazing =D can't wait to make one

  • Is it Leesha laughing in the background?

  • Yes.

  • omg i know leesha! (xsparkage) love her vidz and yourz! :)

  • Thank you...

  • yes...

    I really enjoy watching bloopers..

so if there's any next time , please include in the video...

    hehehe...

  • haha i love bloopers! that salad sounds yummy<3 would love to give it a try!

  • Not sure if this would change the taste too much, but you could try a bit of lemon juice on the pears to keep them from browning. I could be totally off here. Just a thought.

  • You could always use lemon juice on any fruit that might brown, just not too much. I usually put the pears in right before I serve it, so that takes care of that problem.

    Thanks....

  • LOL loved the out takes and a crazy recipe.

  • leesha filmed it?

  • hahahha.. funny bloopers..

  • you are soo coool like your salad i will try to do it on the weekend for friends and family thank youuuuuuuu :)

  • We actually make individual bowls of it sometimes if we don't want to make a big salad. Glad that you liked it.

  • Haha that was sweet and that salad looks yummy. I've never tried poppy seed dressing.. but was that really half a bottle you put in there? O.O That sounds like a heck of a lot.

  • It was less than half. You control how much you would like.

  • I am so proud of you!!!

  • Salad looks yummy.

  • That looks so Good! It's amazing what you can do to make a simple salad delicous!!

  • this looks so delicious!

but, since i'm not english speaking i have trouble with figuring out what exactly is cajun mix and poppy seed? so if someone can help me i would appreciate it :-)

  • A friend from the UK told me that it is also called spicy nut mix. Look it up on Google and see what you come up with.

  • Wow! This looks delish!! Thanks for another great video!

  • Looks great! I may try this however; Pears are typically only ripe for 5 minutes ;) and I usually have issues figuring out when they are ripe in the store. My question is: what is the best way to determine pear ripeness (thanks Leesha for turning me on to your mom's cooking site)

  • If you press on them near the stem and they are kind of soft. They are probably ready. Pears are a tough one.

  • Lol, funny bloopers :D, that salad looks really tasty :D

  • hahahaha love the bloopers

  • I love the little bloopers at the end. They were hilarious.

  • This looks delicious, and easy to variate to your taste. It looks like you could make it super healthy too! I joined Weight Watchers last week, so I'm constantly on the prowl for healthy recipes. With Weight Watchers, you can pretty much have as many veggies as you want, and certain fruits too. If I substitute a fat free dressing in, this might just become a staple for me!

  • you're awesome!

  • i really like this one!,,, freash

  • LOVIN' the bloopers!

  • Can you do something with lunches? My turkey or peanut butter sandwiches just don't cut it anymore. Thanks :)

  • Try using romaine letttuce leaves to roll up turkey, tuna or chicken salad.

  • i love your videos! your kids are so lucky they get to have all this yummy food! :)

i was just wondering if you can do a five min meal type of thing, something very simple and easy to make with things things everyone has around the house but tastes great.

    thanks :)

  • Let me see what I can come up with.

  • lol these videos are great, makes cooking seem simple and the food is different. I like the endings now where it shows what was said wrong! :D

  • this salad looks really yummy =]

  • :] yum.

  • lol leesh laughing in the background

  • "This would be a handful" - LOL!

Nice to see something a little healthier :o)

Though I have noooo idea what we can substitute for the Cajun Mix - any UK residents out there know anything similar?

  • Let me ask a friend of mine from the UK and see what we come up with.

  • haha xD the ending :D

and the salad sound sooo ymmy *,*

  • love the outtakes lol.

  • i love your vids :] you always seem so serious though! smillleeeeee

  • Fresh Parm is one million percent better than the canned stuff. Mmmm :)

  • Whereswaldoxx: You are so right, there isn't even a comparison! You pay through the nose for fresh parm, but it's soooo worth it!

  • Great recipe mommy ;)

  • Lol

  • lol i love the ending

  • Love the bloopers! LOL Great simple salad gonna have it for Sunday Brunch!! I love your vids:-)

  • always delicious, thanks fot the bloopers axd

  • Can you do those sandwiches you talk about with romaine lettuce? I've never heard of that before but I'm always looking for good ways to cut carbs like bread outta my lunch.

  • you just use the lettuce leaf in place of bread and roll the filling inside HTH :0)

    xxxJoolsxxx

  • What exactly is Cajun Mix? Never heard of it before. Is it nuts? Spices? Please tell me what's in it so I know what to look for.. or where to get it.

  • it's kind of like crackers and nuts mixed together. like one of the main crackers is a orangish cresent shape. You could probably ask an employee at your grocery store and they'll most likely help you.

  • Its a snack mix that includes things like nuts, pretzels, sunflower seeds, corn chips, and other typical snack mix foods, that have been covered with Cajun flavoring. I know Planter's is a popular brand that has one,

  • Ohmygosh, I am craving this now. I read Leesha's tweet that the salad was delicious. i am going to go grocery shopping and get the ingredients

    Love the recipies! :P

  • I am SOOO trying this! :)
