It is important to organize with your meet up group and figure out how many people you will need to get from each pricinct to the primaries. Then go knocking on doors and make calls. Divide up the work. Get 30% more than that many people committed and meet the week of the primaries.

Ron Paul believes in the constitution in other words he doesn't believe that the federal government should be able to decide on these laws at all it should be left up to the states. You can cling on to whatever minor victory you wish, it still wont get Ron Paul past the primaries, and I am sad about it. I would love to see Paul pass through, he would have to change his stances on some things before I would ever consider him over someone like Gravel, but still. I was at the TEXAS Straw poll today (9/1/07) and paid 100 Dollars for two tickets to SUPPORT RON PAUL. When we arrived we were not allowed in. It will be on YouTube later this week. The Ft Worth Police even threaten to "Take Action" against my wife for asking for a refund if they were not going to let us in. The GOP first fixed it by only allowing elected officials and delegates to vote then when they saw RON PAUL had 10X the support there they closed the polls early.
