mizhongyi and mizong lohan is the same method. it came from one master name yui fei.
mizong lohan came from a monk. mizongyi came from yui fei, both of the mizong uses the same types of martials art. for real it really came from a family shaoling long fist. they were the one who started mizong.
mizong lohan-shaoling long fist, shaoling fist, tai chi quan, pagua, hising 'i.
mizongyi- shaoling long fist, tai chi quan, pagua, hising'i.
Huo Yuan Jia studied Mi Zhong Lohan and it is different than Mi Zhong Yi.
Lohan is a style all to itself, and so is Mi Zhong Yi. They were blended together at an unknown point in time. Speculation is it was blended at the Northern Monastery.
Lohan is the base of most Northern Shaolin arts. You can really tell Lohan influence arts due to the low stance work and powerful movements.
mizong luohan was somthing created by grand master yeh yu ting that name came up like that in a interview with him the said i do mizong and louhan and just cause your teacher does not know it does not make it just this or that maybe he does not know some forms
lol its hard for me to learn this style . i only take the confusing fomr this style for my wing chun , bjj , mt , tkd and aikido = my type of jkd . how i wish i could learn this i just i'm too dumb ti learn this style
Looks like a normal changquan to me...no difference from other changquan international routines. Can someone from Chin Woo who really is senior proof this?
looks like any modern wushu routine to me, the only way to tell if its true MiZhong, because MiZhong is too expansive to pin down by routines, is the hands (fingers) are held in a very particular way specific to MiZhong. And as for the name, apparently there is an animal native to China a little like a Fox called MiZhong, and it has a very cunning way of evading predators/hunters - it retraces its steps to confuse it's follower.. its tracks seem to disappear. Interesting ay..
Is this video Mi Zhong original version or version for competition?

What this guy is doing in the video isnt taught in Grand Master Lee's Curriculum. This is plain Mi Zhong.
