You Tube needs no other reason to exist than to preserve treasures like this. Who even remembered that Angela sang Throughly Modern Millie at the Academy Awards. She is a friend of mine, and in a couple of days I'm going to call her and let her know that this is out there, and ask if she even remembers doing it. What a hoot.

Usually once you hear somebody sing it first (Julie Andrews) you usually don't like it the next time you hear it. However, Angela Lansbury really did a great job with this.
