  • Cool Video, very educational!! Ty :).

  • @JohnRagoon: glad you l iked it. Thanks for watching it.

  • We watch your vids for the invaluable info, not the theatrics, forget the mono-tone bs.

  • @midcitygym: Hey, thanks for the kind words. I appreciate it a lot. It's always to criticize, I suppose. But, that's life. Thanks again for the good words and kindness.

  • everyone has their own style of doing tutorials. For what your talking about your tones instills validity and respect in your topic. A pleasant professor tone. I enjoyed your vid. this is your style no need to become as animated as others vid/bloggers. Thanks for the info.

  • @Mstrinisoul: Thank you for your post. I appreciate it. I also appreciate very much your kind comments regarding the tone of my videos. Yea, I got chastised by a few people telling me I was too monotone and droll. Oh well, can't please everyone. Thank you again for your kind words.

  • excellent :)

  • @ChazEarthianTV: Thanks much. : )

  • you are still very handsome! don't worry about the haircut.

  • rica408, you made my day and bolstered my lagging self-esteem. Thank you.

  • you are still very handsome! don't worry about the haircut.

  • Honestly if people don't like your videos they don't have to watch it's the same with any video, why people take the time to say mean things is beyond me...

  • DarkstarAndrew01: It happens, unfortunately. With the Web, people's natural tendency toward politeness is thrown out the window as they're not seen.

  • Good video. Thanks for the info. I have some organic 35,000HU on its way now. I am hoping to cure my long time digestive problems. I have checked out some of your websites also.....good stuff, keep it up!

  • SamHerb1: Thanks for the post. Keep at it. Cayenne does work. It doesn't have to be taken on faith but taken with patience. Thank you for the kind comments on my sites too. Let me know how things go. BTW, for digestive problems, try slippery elm. It's wonderfully smoothing. Take it in capsule form and it will soothe even the most upset stomach.

  • Hey ive been watching your videos. i have grown alot of cayenne peppers but now i need to know how to make them into powder. You have anything on that? I didnt mean to grow so many but now that ive seen your videos im glad i did! my garden turn out 70% cayenne. All organic.

  • @pumpalottapuss

That was a question I had as well. How to make powder from cayenne peppers?

  • Hey truthgladiator, Great vid bro! I wouldn't dwell on sarcastic remarks too much, there's going to be plenty but I found this very helpful! The hat, the enthusiasm, and the camera are all good* You spoke well and were very informative like other videos of yours, keep up the Good Work! Love and Peace*

  • Thanks much JesseWayne1 for watching. I appreciate it. Hope it helped you in some way.

  • hi..i have been taking cayene tea for 3 days now..first thing in the morning on empty stomach..and i notice that my body itchs all day..is that a good thing or bad..this is how i make my tea..warm water, ginger, freash lemon juice.honey and ofcos cayene pepper powder..plz help..thnx for the great information..

  • sltvm: Thanks for the post. First, I can't diagnose or prescribe anything for that is illegal. I'm not a doctor and can't do that. Does your body itch internally or externally in a specific area? This is only an educated guess, but if internally it could be a good sign. Use moderation in all things. If you have a medical problem, see a doctor. I'll try to find out more about the internal itching.

  • I just recently started a program called Herbalife which is a diet program that focuses on removing toxins from the body. I itched on the inside the first week as well. I found that drinking plenty of water did stop the itching. Of course, I'm no Doctor either but i think the itching has somthing to do with the release of toxins not being able to pass out of the body quick enough. who nows but that is my conclusion. God Bless

  • Check out my cayenne pepper testimonials page at my cayennepepper[dot]info site. There's a guy there who experienced similar itching problems. Cayenne DOES remove toxins from the blood as it's a rubefacient herb. I'm glad it's working for you. God bless you too.

  • re cold water and cayenne surely it must do the same as its going into your bloodstream., just slower, but also took it in fresh orange and it was a pleasant drink with a bit of a bite.what do you think?

  • I think it's fine. Warm water is ideal. It's the way famed naturopathic doctor and master herbalist Dr. John Christopher recommended it and from experience, I tend to listen to what he said regarding herbal interventions. That said, cayenne in cold water or with juice is still great. The cayenne I took yesterday was cold so you can see I don't strictly worry about it although I do try to make a serious effort to make sure the water is warm for maximum effect. Hope this explains my point of view.

  • Thanks for the Info!

  • No, thank you for taking the time to watch it. I hope it was helpful for you.

  • Cayenne, the KING OF ALL HERBS, than and Garlic, after that Olive Leaf............ Take them all lol, you will l.ive long.

  • Thanks OnBlock7. Yes, olive leaf and garlic are both very potent and capable. Thanks for sharing to this video.

  • I am interested in how long you have taken it and what kind of beneifts you have gotten from the Cayenne Pepper? I just started recently so don't know what to expect in full yet. I know natural things take a while to work and even then you dont really notice all of what it is doing in your body until you stop and crash lol. Will it improve the bloow flow more to my brain over time and help heal my gut? I know it's in alot of things for your bowels to cleanse, so I guess it must do that too?

  • I've been taking cayenne regularly (almost daily) now since Oct. 2007. As for my personal story w/ cayenne, it's cured a hemorrhoid problem, cured an ulcer, lowered my LDL cholesterol and has in general made me feel much better. Give it time. In 30 days, if you take it daily, you'll notice a lower cholesterol count. That should validate some initial faith. You're right in saying it takes some time for natural things to work but cayenne works immediately on the heart and venous structure.

  • Yes, it improves blood flow and can heal damaged stomach tissue, as contradictory as that may seem. If you have stomach problems or a sensitive stomach, try slippery elm. It's very soothing. Cayenne does stimulate peristaltic activity in the intestines but it's not the most perfect bowel cleansing agent. Hope this info helps.

  • Disclaimer: Not a doctor, though, so if you have problems with your health, you should see a licensed physician.

  • i just started drinking cayenne pepper and i was just wondering it says cayenne red pepper on the thing is this good for beginners?

  • I'm confused by your question. Cayenne is good for beginners as you term it IF you start slow. Start with 1/8th or 1/4th of a teaspoon in 8 ounces in warm water. Start buying cayenne at 30,000 to 50,000 SHUs and you should be fine. That's where I'd start for a beginner. Hope this helps answer your question.

  • oh ok thanks :[)

  • You're welcome. I'm hoping I answered your question correctly. I assume I did. Thanks for contacting me. It's always fun to hear from people about my site.

  • Cool! Don't worry about it. Just keep taking it. Personally, I've been amazed at how many people are open minded about alternative medicine and herbs in particular. You're right about the mouthwash comment. That's really true! I too don't stop to savor the taste, I just drink it straight. BTW, has cayenne helped you w/ any specific health problem? I'm putting together a cayenne testimonial page and would love to include any comment you have per your permission. Thanks for your great email!

  • I've been doing cayenne for a few weeks now and I came across your channel tonight. It's nice to know I'm not the only person who drinks cayenne. My family looks at me like I have three heads. You've done a very good job at informing. Keep it up!

I do about a teaspoon or so each evening. For those who are afraid to try it... mouthwash burns much more than cayenne water. Just swallow it, don't savor the taste. The whole process takes under a minute.

    Anything on sodium bicarbonate?
