I agree. Bob sucked most of the light out of this show. But, I did and am into JaSam. I just miss the balance of darkness and light and not that the mob runs the show. I mean how many different ways can he write Jason and Sonny always prevail the same goes for Carly. She is written to do no wrong and if she does nobody can touch her. UGH! Thanks for the walk down memory lane. I'm lucky I caught in the first time around. :)

We understand that times change and the storylines along with the people need to move forward, but not for the sake of the show. Dangerous storylines always happened on this show that what makes GH, GH. It's just these days it's so mob centered it makes it unwatchable (for me), esp when you know how great it used to be and could be again.
I started watching GH during 2005 or 2006,so i dont know about what you guys call "the golden age of gh".Too me,the so callled golden age seems wack as hell,the modern day GH is the shit!

There are great families in soaps and they are what keeps us coming back. As the ties to the mob got deeper and movd to the forefront, I stopped watching. Thanks for the fantastic video!

What an absolute work of art! I am SO impressed! As usual, any glimpse of my favorite couple Luke and Laura is a huge prize in my book. You have certainly captured the demise of GH, and the secret, in my opinion, is restoring Luke and Laura, since TPTB have succeeded in destroying every other family of importance on the show!
