  • nice jugs @3:45

  • You might call this a departure from Psycho's shower scene. :)

  • I got s long hard one LOL.

  • 2:14

don't you just love how directors make cameos in their first films? that's Herschell Gordon Lewis on the radio ^^

  • classic

    saied enough

  • LMAO! This is such an awful film. God I LOVE IT! H.G. Lewis was the man!

  • Love oldies!

  • Dude makes Dr. Heiter look subtle.

  • 3:41 dead... 3:50 alive?!

  • Well, there goes her chance to be a Rockette!

  • The acting is crappy, but I like his look :p

  • Yikes, now baths aren't safe either!!!

  • At LEAST the music could be good.

  • You can tell this was the first gore film. Compared to 80's slasher films, the make up and special effects are weak.

  • If you're looking for a deep, insightful horror movie, you've come to the wrong place. But if you want a laugh, and if you dig movies by John Waters, Roger Corman, Troma, and the like, then light a blunt and prepare to laugh your ass off. ^_^

  • LMAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

    HGL for the fucking win!

  • The only gruesome thing of this movie it is its trashness

  • Man I love her hat, wonder how much dick I'd get wearing that beast??

  • The line at about 7:07 minutes is classic- "This looks like one of those long hard ones."

  • I've figured out why Mrs. Fremont wears such large hats--it's to keep her head from floating away.

  • This may sound strange, but I wonder if this film & Dr. No ever played on a double-bill anywhere. We may think such a double-bill strange today, but in 1963 (when both films were in US theaters), they were modestly budgeted tales with violence which the major studios didn't know what to do with. I'm not surprised that everyone today knows what Dr. No is while only die-hard horror fanatics know about this movie. The not-so-good doctor was a lot scarier than Fuad Ramses.

  • Connie Mason is hot, but otherwise this film is just Psycho in color-& nowhere nearly as good

  • @prlwctd

    Meh, fuck Psycho.

  • his giant eyeballs and spray painted gray hair are EPIC!!

  • I heard that movie theaters basically break even on the price of admission - the consession stand is where the big profits are. Apparently they buy these gigantic vats of popcorn kernals for like 100 bucks and then use just a handful of that to make a bag of popcorn that they sell for 8 bucks. Big money.

  • The dude with the knife looks like a young kramer

  • I remember the cover from the local video store the chick covered in blood with her bra and panties on

  • First gore film ever !

    This is historic.

  • @pibitopoxi i am more surprised it's in color :).

  • @pibitopoxi Yes, this film reeks of historic value. It also reeks of cheesy special effects, a script that deserved burning at the stake, and a director on a 3 day binge. In short, it reeks.

  • @cbdesade if you thought this was bad, you should check out the wizard of gore. now that was just horrible from the start.

  • this is based on true events right? lol

  • incredible acting!

  • Anybody else want anything? Popcorn? Hershey bar? soda?

  • Be right back...I'm gonna go grab a Coke and some Junior Mints!

  • Is this the original????

  • I like how you put old concession stand adds in the beginning it makes it feel alot more authentic you should do that with more of your videos.

  • It's torgo's song!

  • Can anyone make out the book at 3:11

  • @ertznay It says "Ancient Weird Religious Rites"

PS we have a HUGE monitor here!

  • Comment removed

  • please if u do please upload blood feast 2 if u have it and upload the unrated version if so

  • lol her daughter just happened to be a student of Egyptian culture. Love it

  • Have you ever had an EGYPTIAN Feast? [musical sting] Fuad Ramses rocks!

  • Dontcha love her hat? :->

  • Was this really the film that 'started it all'?

  • :D "THIS IS THE LAST STRAW!!"

  • whats in the beginning

  • influenced michael alig's club kid parties "blood feast"

  • This is my very favorite low budget bad acting horror movie. I have watched it at least 100 times. I never get tired of it. There are so many non-intentional (i think) funny scenes I can't name them all. This film should have its own fan club!

  • I think it does have its own fan club. Theyre called The Misfits!

    xD

  • lol! :D

  • Yes, H.G. Lewis, the founding father of splattercore! If you LOVE this movie, you'll absolutely love Blood Feast 2. Seriously, check it out...

  • Does BF2 have the same actors? I just love the police detective and his gf (star of BF). Oh, and the "how dry i am" song which has been tweaked is really wonderful.

  • No, its basically a remake of the old movie, but you'll love it just the same. Same characters, different actors.

  • The chamber music settings - various combinations of timpani, trombone, piano, and violoncello - are exquisite. A film of the highest quintessence of refinement.

  • @ approx. seven minutes - this is the greatest film I have even seen, it makes Tarkovsky look like crap.

  • Hookay, I've just seen the first two minutes of this. It's greater than Eisenstein.

  • Ima hankerin for a biscuit boy howdy

  • Intro makes me hungrey.

  • Psycho aint got shit on BLOOD FEAST!!!!!!

Love this movie,,, It's shitacular fun!!!!!!!!!

  • The blood is the best actor in this film. It looks real in every shot and to this day HGL wont reveal the formula.

  • The funniest part is when that mother is bawling about how her daughter wouldn't be able to wear the white dress she made her.

  • 2:59. DAMN, those are granny panties.

  • When they pull out her tongue

Pull off her face, pluck out her eyes

    Well, the blood runs cold

When it drips from the mouth

    Be forewarned, be prepared

    For a grizzly bloodfeast!!!!!!!!!

  • wow even by todays standards still brutal.

  • I saw this at a drive in and couldn't believe the blood. Even to the standards of today it's gory

  • Been wanting to see this for years, many thanks are given.

  • At 7:08, " Well Frank this looks like one of those long and hard ones ". HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA........H

  • god that beginning brings back a shitload of good memories

  • lol agreed. ah the evenings at the theater with a handful of milk duds and junior mints... =P

  • Thanks for the upload.

  • Thanxs!
