hhmm, the only time my crested puff makes noise is when he is crying to be let back in the house or out of his crate lol. though if he were to do that all day, it would drive me nuts!!!!
I'm from the UK. I have an 8 month old Powder Puff male and I've shaved him ever since I got him. And I don't show him either. It's just a preferance... it's general PP grooming in my eyes.

he doesnt have hair on his face...arent powder puffs suppose to have fur all over and I have mine and she has fur all over

Not here in sweden. We shave them int the face.
Its the same whit the naked one.
If we dont do this we cant show them on dog shows here in sweden.
Its the swedish SKK rules.
