@weeerdo45 Those moves are used to set up Weedle : Spore puts the opponent asleep so it makes it easier to set up, Agility makes Weedle faster to be sure that he strikes first, Belly Drum maximizes Weedle's Attack stat (four times the actual Attack stat, from at least 151 to 604). Since those stat modifications affect Smeargle, he has to use Baton Pass to switch and give them to Weedle (normal switching cancels the modifications).
