  • Nice bike, I just bought one just like it same color and everything, probely just as clean. currently on a hunt for a side cover

  • freakin drive it

  • great bike! i restored one identical, but mine's burnt orange & a '73.

  • Does this have the same motor as the Honda CL125S?

    Let me know.

  • The bike was never restored to the best of my knowlege. When purchased from Minnesota a few years ago the bike was covered in dust, but started and ran perfect.. All I have done is to clean and polish or wax. Thanks Dennis

  • Dennis, I was wondering if this bike was restored at any point or if it's just been preserved well. If restored, what was done that you know of?

  • Mine was exactly the same but green, les deux mêmes compteurs (km/h et t/mn) mais pris sur une autre moto "pour faire plus beau" : le tachymètre n'était pas branché car il n'y avait pas de prise sur le moteur. Excellent souvenirs : en France on appelait ça un "mono". Thanks

  • :D graba un video andandola kiero restaurar la de mi padre

  • Love that old honda sound. From the old 125s, 100s and the later xr75s, the sound was basically the same. It was the sound of the dirt bike 70's. Everybody (almost) had a honda back then in my neighborhood. VERY nice bike.

  • 1879 called, they want their camera back;)

    great bike!

  • i had one in 1978. reg' number PUD 36 L,wonder if it's still around?

  • Dennis, I recently bought a bike exactly like this one. It was my uncles for 30 years. Great shape, not quite as prestine as yours... Has 4,500 miles on it. It hadn't ran it quite some time, and I recently went throught it. Runs very well, but not perfect. I believe I need a new carb. Can you recommend a source for parts for this bike? - drahaus2002@yahoo.com

  • magnifique !!

  • Just got one today for $80 =]

  • Great looking bike. I'm looking for a starter bike for around town and campus would you recommend an old cb?I.E. Is the upkeep fairly simple and does it require a motorcycle license? Thanks

  • Here in Michigan, U.S.A. anything over 49 c.c. you need a motorcycle endorsement. The maintenance is easy, and this bike is currently for sale $2,000.00 Ann Arbor MI.

  • wow, it's like he's brand new :o

    me=jealous

  • i'm 16 and this spring my grandpa gave me a 1995 cb125 it looks exactly like this one. i am looking for some side cover's for it but it looks just as good if not better than this one.

  • I got a 74 CB125S. thats been turned into a mini cafe road racer. with many old school upgrades with fitting diffrent factory honda parts. these little hondas last forever if taken care of.

  • can you take it on a highway?

  • If the highway has a speed limit of about 45 or 50 M.P.H. the answer is yes.

  • The front disc brake and the tach already set the CB ahead. Not even the top o the line TMX155 has either feature.

  • Great bike! Now I know where the CG and TM series Hondas here in the Philippines derive from. From the exterior they look very much alike but I wonder how they differ inernally, what with the different market considerations made for the CB and the TM. It'd be interesting to take them apart and make a side by side comparison.

  • @ChuddleBuggy

The main difference of the original CG and the CB was that the CG used a pushrod instead of a cam chain. It generally lasted longer, but was a little more expensive to replace. Nowadays with the CG series still going and the CB series out the CG's of today are far better than any CB from back then.

  • Really cool!!

I wan to ride this motor bike.

    My motor bike is CD50S.

    NOT CB50!!

    From Japan

  • Great looking bike! Im picking up a 1975 CB125 this weekend... I will try to post a video... This was a great year for the cb125, they had the tach, mechanical disc brake, no chrome rear shock covers, only came in one color (blue) :)

  • Good luck with your new ride!
