Nice video :) I'm thinking of getting a p200.. i was wondering, what's your opinion on the built in sounds (especially the piano1 sound?) I've read mixed reviews that mention there being no multisampling going on etc..
Also, how does the action compare to other stage pianos you've played? I've briefly tried the yamaha cp300 - I'm unsure whether to spend more money on this one, or stick with the cheaper p200 and use it mainly as a midi controller!? :(
Piano sounds are very good, I believe that they are not so different than those of the CP300. The action is the huge difference. Actually, I replaced the P200 for a CP300, it is nicer to play.
Great playing! I almost have the same digital piano, but mine is the Yamaha P-150 as both are very similar to each other with the same control panel and cabinet. The only difference the grill design on the speakers, I hope to find a P-200 as I want to retire my old P-150.
very nice. Im in the process of restoring one of these for my school. It hasnt been used in years, and few of the keys stick. Magicaly its only the Ds.. Any advice? Also, can one obtain a harpsicord sound on this? Thx
Hi, thank you. To be honest, I just played this piano for 11 years, never had the problem of sticky keys... I live in a dry climate, could be the reason. I suggest to surf the web. It does not have harpsichord, it's a pitty. I bought a Motif Rack and got thousands of sounds, including harpsichord...
Old keyboard, but the best there is. We use one in the studio.

In my library there is a yamaha, expensive but keys are too heavy in comparison to the real piano.
I have np-30 and it's keys are too light.
I wondered what this one is like?
many thanks

For my taste, the weight is very nice. The only thing is that keys make noise, but if you don't mind... it is a neat keyboard anyway

@rosasdiaz thanks for advice; i guess its good that you can plug the headphones to block out the nice; also useful for playing at night...

By far the best piano for the money hands down. The action is sweet and the sounds are rediculously lifelike.

Your playing is much better than yamaha's demos. Do a piano improvisation and POST! Thats a command.
