Saw them at the Vancouver folk festival this year (2011) They were pretty awesome. Of the two Gary is my favorite of the two ....very humble and really just an awesome guy to watch perform.

I'm happy this truncated version is posted. Even though it's not a favorite Louris tune, I would LOVE a copy of this and didn't see a soundtrack available for the movie. Also, no local video store carries the movie. Does anyone know where to get a clean copy?? Recently bought Vagabonds and it proves his ability to keep writing beautifully.

Saw Louris a couple of times with the Jayhawks. Probably some of the best shows I've seen. Got a chance to talk to him a little after one show (I think maybe just before the smile album came out). Struck me as a good guy. During the show I can also say he has a unique tone on his guitar makng it sound almost like a pedal steel. Never seen anyone else do it, and I'm no tecnician, but the whole show was inspired.
