  • I won't mind if my girlfriend loves john more than she loves me.. ;p

  • mine's version at enjoyflow! my way! ;D enjoy flow!! :)))

  • Robbie McIntosh is BOSS!

  • I don't think I've ever seen him play this with a start. I've always seen him do it with a Gibson.

  • he does all the time, i think i've seen him play it every time with one

  • i really like DRH's solo.

  • John mayer is my love....Check me out singing this song.

  • who are the other 2 guys? they're kinda hot too.

  • I def LOVE this man!

  • The best music ever!

  • sounds a lil like stevie ray

  • this song helped me through a break up so much. when i heard it, it was like being given the remedy for a broken heart. saw john mayer live not to long ago. good to have soulful musicians this day in age still

  • One of my fav songs by Mayer. Very soulful

  • his hair sucked when he started lol.

  • lol, wow u question his hair but not the music. so u r one of those guys.

  • i agree...JOHN MAYER, i love you dude, you rock!!! to the maximum...

  • this is the real john mayer. amazing and this is how music is supposed to be, heartfelt and true

  • ooh, that growly bit at the end was sexy!! isn't my future husband soo talented?!

  • ...And if he sucks so much at the blues shit, then why are greats like Buddy Guy recongnizing his talent and performing with him.

  • ...And if he sucks so much at the blues shit then why are greats like Buddy Guy recognizing his talent and performing with him.

  • Our music now a day sucks ass. John Mayer is bringin back the style that any age can appreciate and bringing back the styles of Stevie Ray Vaughn and Hendrix. He's doin music a favor.

  • But I think there are at least two different audiences for his music; those who like him for his pop mentality and those who like him for his appreciation of the blues, oldies, and other classics as well as modern styles. Like all musicians, there are those who like him and those who don't. If you don't appreciated his music, that's fine, but I wonder why you hang around making a big deal about it. I don't hover around the Creed fan sites, trolling the forums.

  • I can't wait to taste your shit sandwich. John Mayer, no matter what you think about him, is a very good guitarist at the very least. If you don't think he has any business playing the blues, that's your own personal opinion.

  • Hey, fuck you ultamate

  • Jesus help me! I thought this said John Mayer I'm going to find another career. This guy blows harder than Hurricane Katrina!

  • HEy, fuck you guy

  • HEy, screw you guy

  • I heard you the first time.

Sorry but this faux white man blues shit is for the birds. Do you know how many real blues men can do this 100 times better than this white bread phony, but never get a chance because their hair isn't as cool?

If you think this guy is honestly as good as they hype him to be then I got a delicious shit sandwich recipe I want you to try.

Take two slices of bread put some shit in between them... enjoy!

  • Hey, I've got a great recipe for a shit sandwich as well.

Take two slices of bread and put your comment in between them...enjoy.

  • As far as JM, I kind of dig him. He can play, and he's using his popularity with the kiddies to display some real emotion and damn goood guitaring. And anything that is getting people eaten out and making chicks lose theior virginity is al right by me. However, this is not really groundbreakingwork. Sticking some new lyrics on a 60 year old R & B song does not exactly make you Mozart.

    Still, I dig this cat.

  • WoW . . .damn.

    HAHA.

Damn you are probably MORE truth than these kids can understand.

"Sticking some new lyrics on a 60 year old R & B song does not exactly make you Mozart." that was pretty raw and on point

HA ! Learn first newbies, the info is out there.

    "I dig him" also.

  • Lou Rawls? Come on, newbies. They Call it Storymy Monday (But Tuesday is Just as Bad)is a T-Bone Walker song from the '40s.

I'm not sure this song fits the strict definition of blues anyway- It's not a straight 12 bar I-IV-V blues tune anyway. More like Early Ray Charles R & B (check out "Hard Timees")

  • stormy monday wasnt even origanlly done by buddy guy it was done by Lou Rawls in 57..and John Mayer is an amazing blues guitarist

  • this shit fake it fucking awesome buddy guy is awesome too

  • if you want some real blues instead of this fake stuff check out buddy guy but specificlly a song called stormy monday

  • Carlesha...you are not the only one. haha. (Especially if it was John Mayer..HELLOOOOO)

  • I would so lose my virginity to this song. ;-)

  • I ate a girl out to this song

  • Why would you lose your virginity to this song?? it about losing a girl not sex...If anything it would be city love or something like that, YBIAW...

  • DOWWNN..

  • He wrote this song? He isn't 30 yet? He was clearly a musician in a past life.

  • Yeah, that's the only reasonable explanation I can come up with too ;)

  • damn good performance...

  • awesome , gives me shivers
