@fuitall From what I understand children are the most vulnerable to thyroid damage from radiation. I live in Japan and after the Fukushima explosions we were told after the age of 40 you don`t even have to take potassium iodine because from this age up, the thyroid is not affected or not greatly affected but with children and pregnant women the radiation is highly dangerous to the thyroid. So maybe this is why she can eat the mushrms, just my guess.

I was going to say I respected Cuba for this effort until I heard they use HUMAN placenta`s for treatment. So they destroy 1 body to help another! That`s bad. Well, I just wanted to point out how countries, we don't hear a lot of nice things about, are able to find so much room in their heart, no questions asked. While other countries are so sucked into their money and power that they are not willing to do much, unless there's a huge profit in it. And as far as nuclear energy goes, I would say we don't need it anymore. We already made products with which we can use other sources. And it's time to divert to that.
