I didn't care too much for this album when I first bought it as "We're from America" seemed to be the only one that stuck however after listening to the entire album several times I love nearly all the tracks except for maybe 1 or 2. I saw him perform this song in San Antonio at the Mayhem fest where he played quite a few from his new album but did manage to squeeze in few old tunes in his 1 hour slot. I hope he tours solo next go round to hear more of the classics!

Because the Record Company didn't want to show it. Just putting the sign in the music video would be misleading. The song "Pretty as a ($)" is originally called "Pretty as a Swastika". So it's obvious that the dollar signs are suppose to be swastika signs.
