  • Nice vid mate! ;o)

  • Awesome mate - superb sound capture of the 86101 fans and transformer - just can't get enough of that sound - never heard that sound of the air system from a hauled dead 67 before - normally hear the air systems weasing and popping when loco shut down and stationary - clearly did not like being fed air from the can

  • Great vid mate ta for sharing! Skip crackle and pop it goes ha ha. Somethng sounded a bit sick there, maybe the skip was about to "pop"! Good info on the coaches from one of the commentors. Cheers. Ken

  • Cool sounds!! :)

  • Skip crackle!

  • @HSTHoward yep to much! thanks howard:)

  • Nice footage mate!

  • @scottm16 cheers scott!

  • So did the Skip bring it down from FW and the 86 take it on? Good to see they're making some use of the ex WSM locos anyway.

  • @AndreiTupolev Yes, that's what happened. The ex WSMR locos are still in daily use with Chilten Railways on their loco hauled services.

  • @AndreiTupolev what ce trains said:P

  • What Service used coaches branded ocean line express? Great Video!

  • @BritishTrainVideos I believe it was private cruise trains, much like the boat train that operates with DRS today.

  • @CeTrains cheers cammy was wondering that myself

  • A rare old mix there - Mk3a, Mk2D/E/F and Mk1 catering.

  • @w003394 good to know mate :) dont know much bout passeneger stock to be honest:P

  • @scottishrailways Quite simple really. I don't know al of the detail differences, but essentially, if it has non-opening windows, boxed-in underframe and is loco-hauled, rather than part of an HST, it's a Mk3a, if it's the same, but with separate underframe boxes, it's an air-conditioned MK2 (d, e or f) - traditional windows with 4 toplights, it's an earlier Mk2 (z, a, b or c).

  • Superb stuff! Sounded great

  • @DavidMichael182 cheers matey!:)

  • Nice video, but just to let you know they're Mk3s not Mk2s.

  • @Robotank07 Theres a MK1,MK2s and MK3s in the rake.

  • @realsteam123 True, but I was going with the majority.

  • @Robotank07 Ok

  • @Robotank07 never been that good with knowing about what mk is what:P

  • Wow, rare to see a 67 and an 86 together! :)

  • @class180matt cheers matt:)

  • Great video mate. Gutted i missed it yesterday looks like it was the same stock as last year. Liked.

  • @drs47802 thanks scott:) yes it was the same stock by the look of it
