It was a pretty famous finisher by the Von Erich clan. Its largely been disregarded by mainstream wrestling today.

@snapher i get that pressing against the temples is painful, especially if the guy has a 110lbs+ grip. but it's not really a lock, meaning that it's easy to get out of but just taking the hand away, or twisting , or rolling yourself out of it. None of your joints are locked.
