If you look at the expressions on Caylee's face when younger, and her eyes, you will see she has a "worried" look or "drugged" look as she ages. I believe Casey was drugging her for several months.

It looks like they are a few reasons why Casey may have taken testosterone...people think T makes you gain weight but when your T levels are too low it can stop you losing weight..also it increases your sex drive and scarily it make you take more risks...also it can stop your periods and more interesting it will make you more aggresive...or Cindy could have been on it for menopause.
But keep in mind, Casey has been in jail for over a year and IF Casey took testestrone it would be out of her system.

Tony Lazzarro cooperated a lot with LE even going under cover to meet with Lee Anthony.
When Casey and Tony went to Block Buster, it was AFTER Caylee was dead already. I believe they went to Blockbuster the night of June 16th.
IMO, Casey was smart enough not to involve any "strangers" to help her. IF, and I say IF, she had help, it was within her family.
