I never thought I will find this bhajan on youtube. When I was a kid, my mother used to recite this one during our daily prayers. I am sitting miles away from her and this bhajan just transported me back to her. Reminded me of her beautiful voice! And that all my pains have been taken care of.

I never thought I will find this bhajan on youtube. When I was a kid, my mother used to recite this one during our daily prayers. I am sitting miles away from her and this bhajan just transported me back to her. Reminded me of her beautiful voice! And that all my pains have been taken care of.

@nileshabhinav88 .Jai shri ram. Even I am sitting in London. Mom is in India...Have been to a lot of temples here-Wembley, Southall and East Ham. One in East Ham gives me lots of peace. They do run shlokas in the background all the time.

The Gita was written in the battlefield and the only objective of Bhagwan Krishna was to exhort Arjun to his nishkam karma of fighting for righteousness. Sri Ram was born to rid the earth of demons. So was Sri Krishna. All of Vishnu's avtars rid the earth of evil - yada yada hi dharmasya.... Shivji carries the Trishul. Hinduism has been very badly interpreted by our colonial masters and us!

gujjucheap has the right to freedom of expression - thus saying whatever he feels.however, those of us who are believers do not have to respond to his challenges. we should respect the differences in thought as opposed to marginalising people for what they believe in.Swearing at him or challenging him to a fight will do no good to your own character and would contravene what your religion says.
