Where can I get those gloves? I need them so bad, my hands sweat pretty horribly which prevents me from doing certain moves (I'm only just starting so I can only do basic spins). I've been trying to work on inverts but without gloves i'm afraid I'll break my neck O_o

well, you shouldnt rely on the gloves. Try washing your hands really well with soap and water before you start. Clean your pole very well with rubbing alcohol.. you can also use the alcohol on your hands to help dry them out.

for the gloves do an ebay search for leather fingerless gloves.. i got mine for like 6 bucks...!

question about the rubbing alcohol. i have a gold titanium xpole, and i used to use rubbing alcohol but it made the pole turn back silver in some areas. so is it bad for it? i also got some dry hands from bspun that really helped, but with the humidity in NC, it can be hell for a pole dancer. lol

Hiya hun , as usual your vid's are FAB! But my main problem is upper body strength. I have to literally throw my self up, i can't just pull my legs up over my head. Any tips on how to strengthen my arms???? i need desperate HELP!!!!

Hey Emsy, to strengthen your arms try doing pull ups on the pole and pushups on the floor. Just like any other exercise, to see results you must do it often and routinely. Stick with it and keep practicing..!

I really love watching you on static because all of the nice, finer details in your movements can be better appreciated--like at 1:32-1:37 arching the scorpio, then pulling back the left leg. And at 2:21 the little "walk" in the inverted hip mount as you did that slow slide and dismount. You pay such perfect attention to the articulation and the details--it's a joy to watch! I was looking at fingerless leather/pvc/vinyl gloves on the howcool website and was wondering if it would help in gripping? (after my last performance im trying to get anything to help me overcome that problem)

Thanks Loulou, i bought this pair off ebay for like 7 dollars. Pvc/vinyl might be too grippy to allow you to spin while gripping. I would go with leather ones.. the ones i have are cheap lambskin and they work great! ill send you the ebay link.
